By providing your phone number and voluntarily checking the text-message consent box, you authorize Luis Gomez REALTOR®, affiliated with LoKation Real Estate, to send you SMS messages related to the real estate services you have requested.
We use SMS to confirm appointments, send reminders, and notify clients of schedule updates or important changes.

Enrollment in the SMS messaging service is voluntary. Your consent is not required to purchase our services and is not a condition of any purchase.
Submitting a form without checking the SMS consent box does not constitute authorization to receive text messages.

Message frequency may vary depending on your inquiries and your interaction with our services.

Message and data rates may apply according to your mobile carrier.
5. Opting out
You may opt out of SMS messages at any time by replying STOP to any of our messages. After you request to opt out, you may receive a confirmation message and we will stop sending you messages for that program, unless you opt in again.
